The One Fatal Flaw that Stops Quantum Leap Growth
On the road to success, we have been told that you will “fall down” and make mistakes. When we watch movies like Rocky, we tend to marvel at his determination and grit. At times we identify with Rocky and may even wake up at 4am, eat a raw egg, and go out for a run. Then we feel wonderful and think we are now doing what it takes to succeed.
That is all great but what happens when you fail to hit your Referral goal every day or week or month? How do you feel when you walk into your office on a Monday and have NO appointments for the week? What happens when you open a lot of cases, and you are still at the office at 7pm doing case work?
How do you feel? What are you thinking? Are you playing the Rocky song?
At this point, many of you are “beating yourself up” or feeling exhausted and calling the business a “grind” or thinking you do not have what it takes to be a superstar.
Is that you?
Well, please pay attention…when you “fall down” or make a mistake or fail to ask for a Referral or have no appointments on the books then you need to GATHER THE GOLD. Yes, I said GOLD.
Your “Fatal Flaw” in your business is not asking yourself the one question that is worth millions of dollars. And, that question is…WHAT DID I LEARN?
The gold is your business is learning from your mistakes. Stop spending hours of your time thinking:
I am not good at referrals.
I hate working at nights and long hours.
I am going to be broke because my calendar is not full.
Every prospect is canceling my appointments.
All these thoughts are “dead end thinking” that will keep you stuck and broke. Start asking yourself a new question: What did I learn and how can I solve this problem? That question will lead you to solutions and success. It will get you into positive action that will lead you on the path to success.
I believe the ONLY THING between you and success…is YOU. You must control your thoughts and the questions you ask yourself. Start to ask yourself what you learned and how you can start to solve your problems, and then, watch your business start to change.
