A Dream Trip, a Big Announcement – and Your Next Level of Growth

Alex & Andrea in Capri, Italy

October 13, 2026

It’s been a while since I’ve been in your inbox, and I wanted to reconnect, say hello, and share what I’ve been up to.

First, I took some time to live one of my dreams: a trip to Europe with my daughter.

We visited Lake Como, Italy—absolutely spectacular! We rode in a gondola in Venice and traveled around the boot of Italy. Beautiful places, wonderful experiences, and time together with my daughter that I will always treasure.

I didn’t put that dream off for “someday.” I made it happen this year.

And I want that for you, too: a successful business that gives you the freedom to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.

Exciting Announcement…

For the past year, I’ve also been working behind the scenes on something I’m incredibly excited about: a powerful new, exclusive system that was recently federally Trademarked and registered.

I’ve designed it to dramatically elevate the client experience—to help you build deeper relationships, deliver distinctive value, and give clients compelling reasons to introduce you to the people they care about.

I’ll be launching it in the next few months. Stay tuned for all the details.

Now, let’s talk about YOU.

Do you feel overwhelmed, work long hours, and wonder how those people at the top seem to always be traveling, taking vacations, and playing lots of golf?

Here’s the question to consider: How much of your business still depends on you personally?

Your next level of growth shouldn’t require more hours from you. It should require less dependence on you.

When your “A” Team owns the details, and your systems deliver consistency, you’re free to focus on what drives growth: seeing people, deepening relationships, and creating opportunities.

Take a moment to assess three things:

  • Your team: Are they taking ownership, solving problems, and following through—or waiting for your direction?
  • Your systems: Is exceptional service built into your process—or does it depend on you remembering every detail?
  • Your calendar: Are your best hours spent with clients, prospects, and Centers of Influence—or coordinating work behind the scenes?

The goal is to build a business where you ONLY see people—and can confidently step away when it’s time to live your dream.

Here’s one action to take this week: Choose a recurring responsibility that keeps landing on your desk. Define what a successful outcome looks like, establish the process, and give a team member ownership.

Then follow up on the result. Each responsibility your team learns to own creates more capacity for you to lead and grow.

And as you strengthen your team and systems, keep the client experience at the center.

Are your clients feeling understood, remembered, and exceptionally well cared for? Are you creating experiences they want to share with others?

Ask your team this question:

“What happened in our client experience this week that a client would tell a friend about?”

Their answers will show you what’s working—and where you have an opportunity to raise the standard.

That’s how you build Raving Fans. That’s how you create meaningful opportunities for referrals. And that’s how your team and systems become engines for growth.

So, how are you doing? Are you building toward your vision? Are you making room for the experiences and people that matter most to you?  If you are serious and want help building the business of your dreams, then let’s talk.  Here is a link to my calendar:  https://calendly.com/andreabullard/60min

Your dreams deserve a place on your calendar, too.

Remember…always Play to Win!
