MINDSET TO CRUSH Q2
How are you finishing your first quarter of 2024? Did you hit your goals? Or are you “lagging behind” and feeling a little discouraged? Are you stuck in old habits or just not too motivated?

I have a simple theory: “For the right reason, you will do anything.” Now that is a VERY BOLD statement. But my experience has found it to be true. You may not cross a wire between two skyscrapers for 10 million dollars, but you would cross that wire to save your children. I apologize for the example, but it helps demonstrate my bold statement.
Most people will tell me what they do NOT want. But, when I ask them what they want in their life, they will look away and say, “let me think about it.”
Now if you want to crush Q2 start writing out WHAT YOU REALLY WANT! For example, if you have felt stuck and depressed start to think about an amazing trip you will take in July or August. The trip must be extremely exciting to you. Then schedule the plane ticket and book the hotel. This will bring you a new reason to wake up in the morning. It will give you a new reason to ask for a referral and schedule meetings. You will wake up with enthusiasm and excitement and get into action.
WHY…because you have created a BIG GOAL that you want to accomplish within a few months. This big goal will get you up in the morning and moving. You will stop procrastinating and asking yourself why you are not more disciplined. You will just start moving!
Statistics in this industry show that when Financial Advisors get married or buy a new house or have a new baby, then their production soars. WHY…they had a big reason to get moving and get things done.
SIMPLE…
Set an exciting goal for Q2 and put it into action. Then your life and business will both start to grow.
Secondly, always stayed connected to positive energy and positive people. Do NOT try to do your business alone. Positive energy and people and coaches and training will motivate you, encourage you and challenge you to be the best version of you!
